Using proven manufacturing processes and sourcing materials locally means sustainability is baked in throughout our entire supply chain. Starting with a series of proven base designs, Buffalo Built customises each shed to the customer’s requirements, however the initial starting point is typically one of four standard systems.
“Our steel shed designs use the Eco, Enduro, Sturdy or Solid design parameters, with each style of shed designed for maximum efficiency and strength whilst using no unnecessary materials,” says Ross.
“This ensures the shed meets both the customer’s design and functional requirements, without compromising on strength, rigidity or quality materials.”

“Often, sustainability starts with efficiency,” says Ross.
“By using materials that deliver excellent long-term performance such as hot dip galvanised steel and COLORBOND® steel or ZINCALUME® sheeting, we aim to remove the need to replace or repair parts of the shed. This means the lifecycle of the structure is extended, and fewer resources are needed along the way.”
