Matt brings strong project coordination experience, a solid understanding of building processes and a practical approach to problem-solving. As Project Manager, he oversees each build from slab through to completion, coordinating contractors, suppliers, clients and the Buffalo Built team while maintaining quality throughout. Outside of work, Matt enjoys family time, volunteering with the Yarrawonga CFA, car club activities and working on his 2002 HSV R8 Clubsport.
Zac Chaplin | Project Manager

Zac brings 10 years of experience across steel fabrication, construction, excavation and shed projects, from hands-on work through to site supervision. As Project Manager, he coordinates each build from concrete and installation through to final handover. His industry knowledge, attention to detail and approachable manner help ensure every project is delivered to a high standard. Outside of work, Zac enjoys golf, family time and playing cricket during summer.
Karen Bennett | Development Approvals Coordinator

Karen is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you first call Buffalo Built. A master organiser, she looks after preparing contracts, insurance, invoicing, documents for permits, confirming deliveries and providing sales support for the team. Whenever there’s a question about site access or delivery arrangements she’ll have the answer.
