The Client
Tim and his family are stepping into a new chapter, trading in the fast lane for a quieter life in Bonnie Doon. With a love for the outdoors and a vision for their dream home near Lake Eildon, they secured a block of land just 15 minutes from Mansfield. Their plan? Build a shed first to store tools and materials, then begin constructing the main dwelling.
The Brief
With construction of the house still a few steps away, Tim needed a reliable, secure, and compliant shed solution that could be approved and built ahead of the home, a process not always straightforward when navigating local council regulations. The shed needed to serve as both a storage space and a stepping stone toward the next phase of the project.
The Solution
